The Signature Dish
Local restaurants, caterers and chefs are coming together, putting their best dish forward to participate in The Signature Dish, Ellis County’s largest culinary event.
Attendees will savor tastings prepared by participants, giving vendors the perfect opportunity to showcase their talents, products, restaurants or business. On-site judges determine best-in-category winners, awarding participants the titles of Overall Best Dish, Best Dessert, Best Youth Chef and more.
Come enjoy fabulous flavors, live music by The Kadie Lynn Band, exciting prizes and a silent auction as you taste your way through a delicious evening in support of Manna House.

The Signature Dish Community Cookbook
In tandem with our inaugural Signature Dish event taking place in October of 2021, Manna House is publishing a cookbook complete with our community’s favorite and family-inspired recipes. Whether it’s a creamy casserole that has brought comfort to your family for generations, or an eclectic Dulce de Leche torte you whip up when you want to impress the in-laws, we want to see and share your culinary creations.
